Terms & Conditions

Purchase Price - The buyer will pay for any obligations stated via text, call, email, or form submitted to pay for any detailing services they agreed to on this website. The buyer is responsible to pay the service provider the same day the serviced is completed . In the event of the buyer refusing to pay the service provider, in any circumstance, the service provider will take legal action as this event is defined as theft of services in the state of Connecticut. Car wash services in the state of Connecticut are taxable at the rate of 6.35%, these methods may include cash, check, debit/credit card, or venmo. Any services amounting to more than $400 is required to pay a 25% deposit of the final total the day the service was confirmed with a date & time via text, call, or email - once the service is completed on said date & time, the buyer is required to pay the rest of the final total - in the case that the buyer needs to cancel/reschedule, the buyer is required to contact the service provider within 48  hours to do so. If the buyer fails to contact us via text, call, or email after 48 hours has passed, the initial deposit will be forfeited and will be used for resources. Any services that is more than 15 miles of our location has to purchase a service or services amounting to $300+ and will be charge $20 for travel (If your vehicle is new or like new please contact us at 475-459-5331 or email us at detail4days@gmail.com - we have certain exceptions based on the condition of your vehicle and your personal location).

Setting up an Appointment & Time of Arrival - Appointment only is the best way to keep track of the customer's time and the date the service is taking place. Also, being appointment only is fair to each and every person who needs their vehicle detailed. Ways of communication may include filling out the "Schedule Service" form on this website, calling or texting 475-459-5331, or email at detail4days@gmail.com will help make the process easier to get your vehicle detailed as soon as possible. When contacting the service provider about availability, the immediate availability of the service provider's schedule will be told to the customer to see what works within the schedule of said customer. Feel free to let the service provider know if the date, time, or weather (See "Weather Conditions" on "Terms & Conditions" page for more information) ends up not working in the favor of said customer and the service provider. The service provider will be glad to reschedule any detailing services stated on this website for a different date or time in the future. As for scheduling and confirmation, the service provider will contact you via text or email the day of or a couple days prior of any detailing services taking place. Before the time of arrival, the service provider will arrive between 5-10 mins before the schedule time to set up any equipment and/or greet said customer receiving any detailing services. Failure to be present at the agreed time of any detailing services scheduled after 15 mins, the service provider will have no other choice to leave the customer's location and  will have to reschedule any detailing services at a later date or time. In the event that the buyer had received a quote from Detail4days LLC but fails to set up an appointment and payment of any services desired to be completed, the initial quote given to the buyer of any services listed on this website will void after 30 days.

 

Right of Inspection - The buyer is allowed to examine the final product once the service is done by the service provider. In the event that the buyer discovers any problems, shortcomings, errors, or other circumstances within 7 days of any detailing services taking place, the buyer shall notify the service provider within said 7 days of when the service took place. The service provider will correct any problems, shortcomings, errors, or other circumstances, free of charge. Failure of the service provider not capable of correcting any accidents, problems, shortcomings, errors, or other circumstances of any detailing services completed, will constitute a full refund to said customer. The service provider holds general liability for any accidents, problems, shortcomings, errors, or other circumstances that is beyond the service provider's expertise and/or knowledge and will take insurance action if wanted or needed based on factors stated earlier. Failure to notify the service provider for any factors such as accidents, problems, shortcomings, errors, or other circumstances within 7 days shall constitute an acceptance of any or all factors stated previously. 

 

Weather Conditions - The service provider details vehicles over 32 degrees Fahrenheit, interior or exterior of any vehicle. The service provider will not take physical action to provide any detailing services stated on this website to detail and/or clean vehicles below 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Rain, snow, hail, or any type of weather that may have an effect on any detailing services taking place will constitute a later date or time to reschedule any detailing services stated on this website.
